Pesto Vinaigrette
Add this to your salad. Chefs kiss, it’s delicious.
Ingredients
1 cup tightly basil leaves
1 cup tightly chopped flat leaf parsley leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Use immediately or refrigerate the vinaigrette for up to 5 days.
