Pesto Vinaigrette

Add this to your salad. Chefs kiss, it’s delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tightly basil leaves

  • 1 cup tightly chopped flat leaf parsley leaves

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Use immediately or refrigerate the vinaigrette for up to 5 days.
