1:1 Holistic Coaching / Mentorship
- This energetic offering will be customized to your 1:1 private, small group or corporate session. I offer grounding energy and intuitive guidance for you to explore your internal landscape during the sound meditation journey.
- You will receive guided breathwork a sound meditation. I bring a variety of instruments such as a symphonic gong, 432 Hz Crystal Tones singing bowls, a crown chakra full moon Tibetan singing bowl, pala shakers, a rain stick, heart and third eye tuning forks, chimes, an ocean drum and tingshas to create a deeply immersive, meditative experience.
Sound Bath Meditation Journey
- This is a 4-package virtual container that helps address the root cause to a chief concern while integrating a holistic wellness plan to help balance your mind, body, and spirit.
- The sessions are offered to help guide and collaborate with you along your healing journey. There will be experiences weaved in throughout our sessions together, and time for talking about whatever is present on your heart.
- This is a package that lasts for three months.
