Private Sound Meditation Journey
This energetic offering will be customized to your 1:1 private, small group or corporate session. I offer grounding energy and intuitive guidance for you to explore your internal landscape during the sound meditation journey.
You will receive guided breathwork and a sound meditation. I bring a variety of instruments such as 432 Hz Crystal Tones singing bowls, a crown chakra full moon Tibetan singing bowl, pala shakers, a rain stick, heart and third eye tuning forks, chimes, an ocean drum and tingshas to create a deeply immersive, meditative experience.
